Loyalty program
Procedure for participation in the Loyalty Program:
1. Dear Guest! We invite you to become a member of our loyalty program and special offers. Book rooms on the official website of the hotel "1 ART HOTEL", by phone or in instant messengers, accumulate nights, receive discounts and privileges with each stay.
2. Save your data in your Personal Account on our website and receive your own member number;
3. Personal discounts provided to guests under this Program cannot be combined with other discounts, special offers, promotions valid at the 1 ART HOTEL hotel. Does not apply to additional services, and is also available only to individuals.
4. Participation levels:

Level 2- A 5% discount is provided to the participant upon accumulating 3 nights.

Level 4- A 15% discount is provided to the participant upon accumulating 20 nights.

5. Only nights spent on reservations made on the hotel’s official website or through sales department.
6. Room upgrades, early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel occupancy and availability available rooms on the day of arrival/departure, the possibility of providing the service is determined “day on day."
7. The level of participation in the loyalty program and discount percentages “burn out” provided that you do not lived in hotel 1 year. If during the specified period from the moment of changing the card status you have not switched to the next level, savings on the card are burned and the card returns to the previous level. If you have maximum level loyalty, then the card returns to the previous level in the case when you have not made any reservations for the specified period.
