Hotel Overview
1 ART HOTEL is a newly built city-type business hotel 4* that meets the highest requirements and trends in the global hospitality industry. The hotel is only a three-minute walk from the Alekseevskaya metro station, next to Prospekt Mira, and has an extremely desirable transport location while based in Moscow's most ecologically clean areas next to Sokolniki Park.
The hotel has a private territory with a garden, children's playground and sports ground. There is underground and outdoor parking for our guests. The restaurant, bar, several conference rooms and meeting rooms will be available starting from June 2021.
The brightly lit modern rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV with cable and satellite channels. Other features of the room include a safe, kettle, minibar and free high-speed Internet access. Each room has an en suite bathroom. The hotel has rooms for people with limited mobility. Many rooms are decorated with original works by contemporary artists.
From Autumn 2021, the hotel will offer its guests special tours to museums, exhibitions and art galleries in Moscow. The hotel is currently at the launch stage but invites guests to take advantage of the significant discounts that will be valid until Autumn 2021.
In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are:
• VDNKh - a large exposition, museum and recreational complex;
• Sokolniki Park;
• Ostankino

Terms of stay
1 ART HOTEL is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and guarantees our guests compliance with all of the confidentiality rules.
If you need extra beds and infant accommodation, please contact our reception team. The service would be paid according to the hotel's price list.
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in 1 ART HOTEL is prohibited throughout the hotel.
Professional video and photography is allowed subject to prior agreement with the hotel administration. Payment would be according to the hotel's price list.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
The hotel administration reserves the right to impose a fine on guests or evict them for violation of fire safety standards, smoking in the wrong places and disobeying the legal requirements of the administration.
Feedback and suggestions can be provided to the hotel administrator.

Cancellation policy
The check-in of the guest at the hotel is carried out upon presentation of an identity document, issued in the prescribed manner (passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, which certifies the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation; passport of a citizen of the USSR, which certifies the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, before replacing it with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the prescribed period; birth certificates - for a person under the age of 14; a passport proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation; a passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with international RF agreement as a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen; a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a stateless person; a temporary residence permit for a stateless person; residence permit of a stateless person; refugee certificates; a travel document issued to a person recognized as a refugee in the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the procedure established by federal law).
The guest is obliged to fill out a questionnaire with a detailed design of all the items in it in accordance with the data of the identity document, sign with his own hand and indicate the date of filling.
Registration at the hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of documents proving the identity of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person (s) with them, provided that such accompanying person (s) provide the consent of legal representatives (one of them), as well as birth certificates of these minors.
Registration at the hotel of minors aged 14 to 18 years, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors, subject to the consent of legal representatives (one of them). If minors are unaccompanied by their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), or if the accompanying person (persons) cannot provide the hotel employee with the original document certifying his authority to accompany the minor, the hotel has the right to refuse such a minor and unauthorized accompanying person, in registration and hotel accommodation, even in the case of a guaranteed reservation.
The rules and conditions of check-in and accommodation are governed by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2020 No. 1853 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" and the Hotel Rules.
The guest is obliged to fill out a questionnaire with a detailed design of all the items in it in accordance with the data of the identity document, sign with his own hand and indicate the date of filling.
